Barakah Nexus
Project Summary
Course Advisor BD was created as an independent digital platform to guide students in Bangladesh in selecting the right academic direction — covering university information, admission criteria, subject categories, and more. The goal was to simplify research and decisions for thousands of students, all through one streamlined web portal.
Built entirely on WordPress, the site balances clarity, scalability, and SEO to ensure information is easy to find, understand, and act on.
01. The Challenge & Solution
Choosing the right course and university is often confusing for students, especially in Bangladesh where information is fragmented and outdated. Course Advisor BD aimed to centralise academic data from hundreds of universities and make it easily accessible to students and guardians.
The challenge was in curating this content, structuring it for clarity, and building a system where future entries could be added easily — all without overwhelming the user.
Key Challenges:
Structuring vast educational data into an easy-to-browse interface
Ensuring site speed and readability despite large content volume
Building trust and reliability through design
Creating a site that’s useful on both desktop and mobile devices
What We Did:
✅ Conducted extensive academic content research from trusted national sources
✅ Developed dynamic page templates using WordPress custom post types
✅ Designed filters and search to allow users to browse by university, subject, or category
✅ Optimised site layout for performance and mobile compatibility
✅ Focused on SEO-first content formatting: keyword research, meta structure, and internal linking
“If education is a journey, this platform became the compass students were missing.”
02. Working Process
This project required a mix of technical setup and editorial planning, with a long-term goal of scalability.

Sourced university lists, course information, admission deadlines
Structured all data into editable Google Sheets and later imported via CSV/WordPress backend

Created a sitemap with clear paths: Home ➝ Category ➝ University ➝ Course Detail
Implemented breadcrumbs, filters, and smart navigation to reduce bounce rate
Design & Development:
Built with WordPress + custom taxonomy setup for courses and institutions
Added search filters, anchor-linked sections, and a mobile-first UI
