LMS Devleopment – The 100 Tk Project
Project Summary
The 100 Tk Project was initiated by ABP to democratise learning by offering recorded skill-based courses at an ultra-affordable rate—just ৳100 per course. Our mission was to build a Learning Management System (LMS) website that could support e-commerce, digital delivery, and a user-friendly experience for students from diverse backgrounds.
Over a 4-month timeline, we planned, developed, and launched a scalable LMS platform powered by WordPress. The site was equipped with course tracking, secure payments, and mobile-friendly UI/UX to reach users across devices and regions.
01. The Challenge & Solution
The challenge was to create a robust online education platform with minimal cost to the end user, without compromising on course structure, security, or speed. We needed to support hundreds of users, handle online payments, and deliver content seamlessly across devices.
We used a lightweight yet powerful LMS plugin and focused on performance optimisation, simplified UX, and course discoverability. Our solution ensured that students with minimal digital experience could sign up, pay, and start learning in minutes.

We executed the full build and launched, following an agile framework:
Discovery & Research:
Analysed ABP’s goals: low-cost, scalable, and mobile-ready LMS
Benchmarked popular eLearning platforms for structure inspiration
System Planning:
Mapped out core features: course display, registration, payment, progress tracking
Created flowcharts for user journey: browse > pay > learn
Design & Development:
Built with WordPress and LMS plugin (e.g., TutorLMS or LearnPress)
Customized theme and UI for Bengali audience with simplified structure
Added filtering for category, instructor, and pricing (free vs paid)
E-commerce & Payment Setup:
Integrated SSL-secured payment system compatible with mobile wallets
Ensured secure login and checkout process
