Academy of Business Professionals (ABP)
Project Summary
ABP’s previous digital presence lacked the professionalism and clarity needed to represent one of Bangladesh’s leading professional training organisations. This project was more than just a website launch — it was a personal milestone in transitioning from basic web execution to designing a fully strategic, responsive, content-rich platform for a national institution.
The objective was clear: design a platform that not only reflects ABP’s brand and values, but also serves as a practical hub for information, admission, webinars, and course discovery.
01. The Challenge & Solution
With ABP offering over 8 PGD programmes and dozens of short courses, the challenge was to structure a complex range of services into a simple, easy-to-navigate experience. The website needed to serve learners, HR teams, and alumni while clearly communicating ABP’s credibility.
I led the UX redesign, working closely with stakeholders to align structure with user intent. The site was developed with responsiveness and SEO in mind, ensuring smooth experience on all devices and strong visibility on search engines.
Key Challenges:
Complex service structure with overlapping course offerings
No clear user funnel for admissions or inquiries
Needed a user experience that serves learners and corporate clients equally
Outdated design that didn’t reflect the scale and reputation of ABP
What We Did:
✅ Designed a clean UX/UI with well-planned menus and homepage sections
✅ Developed responsive layouts optimised for both mobile and desktop
✅ Aligned site structure with ABP’s brand vision and course strategy
✅ Implemented dynamic course listing, alumni testimonials, and news updates
✅ Collaborated directly with trainers and management to fine-tune content hierarchy
“When an education brand speaks, its website must reflect the clarity and confidence of its voice.”
02. Working Process
This project was collaborative and high-impact — not only for ABP’s visibility but for my own evolution as a full-scope developer and digital marketer.
Discovery & Vision Planning:
Studied ABP’s audience segments: students, professionals, corporate HRs
Defined user pathways: find course ➝ learn ➝ trust ➝ inquire/enroll
Wireframing & UX Flow:
Created homepage mockups and internal page structures
Grouped content: PGD Programmes, Short Courses, Webinars, Admission, Alumni
Web Development:
Built using WordPress (customised theme + Elementor)
Created blog and announcement systems
Integrated WhatsApp chat, email opt-ins, and call scheduling
SEO & Content Strategy:
Optimised page titles, meta descriptions, URLs, and structured data
Added alt tags and internal linking
Ensured easy backend CMS management for ABP’s team
